About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Support & Office Administrator to manage our daily administrative operations and provide excellent support to customers and partners. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across teams.
You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, responsible for ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and supporting various administrative functions related to our digital projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
📞 Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, or social media
Track, escalate, and follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolutions
Assist users with platform-related issues (sign-up, ad posting, payments, account access, etc.)
Collect feedback to help improve platform features and user experience
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM or support tools |
🗂️ Office Administration
Support scheduling of internal meetings, calls, and appointments
Maintain documentation and organize digital filing systems
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (supplies, facilities, deliveries)
Assist HR and finance teams with onboarding, leave tracking, and petty cash
Ensure office tools, communication platforms, and supplies are managed effectively
Prepare basic reports, invoices, or support documentation when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in customer support, office coordination, or administrative roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
Professional, courteous, and customer-centric attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable using or learning new platforms
